    TOPIC:  “Using Benefits to Recruit and Retain Employees at $50 Oil”

    The goal of this presentation is to provide HR professionals a roadmap to being proactive in their company’s decisions by becoming more strategic thinkers.  HR professionals can bring multi-year strategies to the table with direct ROIs to not only improve the company culture but to save significant amounts of money as well. The ultimate goal is to prevent lay-offs.  Long term, it costs more to hire a new employee than you save by firing an existing employee.  If we can help prevent the need for new hires down the road, by not laying them off in the first place, we can create a multi-year cost savings that can be re-invested in other areas of the company.

    DIRECTIONS:  Go in the main entry to the airport, drive past the Post Office, then turn left on Wright Road, go about ¼ mile, on the left is Atmos Energy building, we are in the Fischer Community Room. It is the entrance door on the left. If you have a GPS it is at 2304 Loop 40.
